Laurie Marie Roberts is a visual designer and illustrator from Panamá, now based in Oakland, California. She holds a BFA in Fine Arts from San José State University and creates bold, nature-inspired work that blends storytelling, exploration, and everyday moments.

Her art—ranging from murals to exhibitions—explores the connection between people and their surroundings, adding a touch of magic to familiar spaces. Notable projects include murals for MidPen’s Kiku Crossing Family Development (2024) and the Building Bridges exhibition at the Chan Zuckerberg Community Space (2022). Her work has also been featured in Labyrinth magazine (2021).
